BMA lines up behind local candidate Jeff Fleming for city manager post

KINGSPORT — The Board of Mayor and Aldermen plans to ask Kingsport native and longtime city employee Jeff Fleming to be the Model City's next city manager. Fleming said he would "absolutely" accept the job.
