Two men arrested after police find drugs, syringes, 16-year-old runaway girl

Hawkins County deputies arrested two young adult males Monday after they were allegedly found in possession of drugs, syringes, and paraphernalia, living in a recreational vehicle with 16-year-old runaway female.
