Thomas Richard Coburn, 47, was also sentenced to an additional six years on two counts of criminal exposure of another to HIV. He will serve at least 35 percent of that part of the sentence before being eligible for parole.

Harry Joseph Cannon was indicted in October 2013 on a 44-count indictment, charging him with various drug and firearms charges. In April, he pleaded guilty to distribution of Schedule I drugs.
