ESTILL SPRINGS, Tenn. (AP) — Sgt. Chris Guess of the Franklin County sheriff’s office says 65-year-old Dale Bryant Farris of Estill Springs is charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. He is free on $125,000 bond.
