Bill should give troubled veterans the help they need

The mental health of our veterans should be at the forefront of this discussion. Since its inception in 2007, the VA's Veterans Crisis Line has taken nearly 1.4 million calls and helped make more than 42,000 rescues of veterans contemplating suicide.
