Cops and robber: 14-year-old busted in Kingsport stickup

The incident occurred last Thursday at Minute Market, 1108 E. Center St. Kingsport police officers responded at approximately 9 p.m., after a white male suspect entered the store dressed head-to-toe in black, including a ski mask.
