Kingsport, Sullivan schools agree on facilities study

Sullivan County and Kingsport school officials have reached a consensus to do a comprehensive joint facilities study with Dublin, Ohio-based DiJong-Richter, also using local architectural firm Beeson, Lusk & Street.

Hawkins County deputies made two recent unrelated drug possession arrests of motorists, both of whom were stopped after allegedly "crossing the center line" five times each.
