According to the Kingsport Police Department, Vincent H. Dennis, Rogersville, walked into the Walgreens on West Stone Drive around 10:30 p.m. on Oct 29, 2013, requested a pen and paper from an employee and scribbled a note demanding drugs.

CHURCH HILL - The boyfriend of an infant's guardian was arrested last week and accused of breaking arms, legs and ribs of a child who was less than six months old, along with biting the baby.

They were arrested after their son called police last July and told them he was chained by his ankle to the wall in his bedroom at the home. Investigators say the boy was wearing clothes soaked in urine and he had multiple scars.
