Chad Allen Jones was supposed to have been picked up on LSD and marijuana trafficking charges 13 months ago during the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office's "Operation Be Mine" drug suspect roundup.

There is not a law that allows the arrest of a person as a menace to society, but if there was, Gregory Alan Fletcher of Kingsport would be charged under it. At age 19, Fletcher has no apparent regard for public safety, never mind his own.
