MOUNT CARMEL — Police are hoping someone will recognize a photo taken from store video surveillance of a woman who has been running up a large tab on a debit card belonging to an 80-year-old Mount Carmel man.

JONESVILLE — Gary Joshua Garrison, 26, of Pennington Gap, is charged with 11 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of reproduction of child pornography. The charges stem from pictures and videos police allegedly found on his computer.
