Johnson City man claims PTSD led to wife's early morning shooting

Responding to a shooting report just after 2 a.m., police found Mack's wife, Jennifer, lying in a bedroom floor. She had a gunshot wound to her left hip area. She told police her husband had beaten her all day before shooting her.
