An arbitrator ruled Friday that Ray Rice's suspension for punching his fiancee, now his wife, should be vacated immediately. The NFL said Rice, a free agent, is "eligible to play upon signing a new contract."

A Millington woman has been charged with taking $100,000 worth of hair gel from an Ampro factory in Tennessee. Officers say 44-year-old Lisa Dowell took 24 pallets of the product during a three-month period last year.
