Navy football player Will McKamey, hospitalized since collapsing at practice three days ago, has died while still in a coma. He was 19.

In a motion to dismiss filed Tuesday in Hawkins County, special prosecutor Barry Staubus states that Judge J. Todd Ross could have had Clerk of Courts Sarah Davis jailed immediately for civil contempt when she refused his order.
