Rogersville man allegedly urinates off balcony onto disabled neighbor

The suspect appeared in court Monday where he was sentenced to eight days in jail in exchange for a public intoxication guilty plea. He was also served with an assault private prosecution warrant by a 65-year-old woman who claims, "He peed all over me."
