KPD rescues neglected infant from drug suspects

Two people have been arrested after they were found passed out in a vehicle at a Kingsport gas station, according to police, while the female suspect's three-week-old baby sat in the back seat covered in feces and urine.

Addisson Lucille Leigh Staton, called Addy, was born on Dec. 18, weighing in at 6 pounds, 10 ounces. The pregnancy had gone normally and Addy's parents, April and Corey Staton, had no clue there was anything wrong.
