Kingsport crash yields 'high grade' pot

Serious injuries were avoided in a three-vehicle Kingsport traffic crash on Wednesday morning, but police say the driver who triggered it faces significant charges due in part to what he was transporting — a substantial amount of "high grade" marijuana.
