Tri-Cities Crossing plays catchup in competition involving three regional super retail developments

The Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BMA) has approved a resolution essentially delegating the Kingsport Economic Development Board (KEDB) as the point operator for the Tri-Cities Crossing project and any other development in its immediate area.
