The Hawkins County Board of Education can't prove it owns an old school currently utilized as a voting precinct and a Ruritan Club, nor does the BOE have any interest in owning that property.

Officer Fields said he observed the rider, Jerry Lyons Fields, 63, 801 E. Main Street Apt. 4, Rogersville, to be singing loudly, and somewhat oblivious to his surroundings with a bottle of beer in a plastic shopping bag tied to the handle bars.

While speaking with Dollen, the responding officer noticed blood on her shirt. When asked what happened to her to get blood on her shirt, Dollen allegedly responded, "it's probably my husband's. I hit him in the head with a hammer."

The victim then told police he noticed Doyle holding a small frame chrome semi-automatic handgun with yellow grips. Doyle is then alleged to have put a magazine into the gun, pulled the slide back and pointed the gun at the victim.

Between January 2006 and February 2009, James Todd Edwards submitted false invoices to Robert James Kelley Jr., for work not actually completed by ETI. Kelley approved these false invoices and received kickbacks to the tune of at least $160,000.
