"The focus is on getting kids moving," Chelsea Johnson of BlueCross said during a ceremony in the library of Sevier early Friday afternoon. A group of students, the school's three physical education teachers and Principal Kim Harvey also attended.

The incident began when an individual accidentally left his wallet on the counter of a gas station. Moments later a white female found the wallet and unsuccessfully tried to use several credit and debit cards to purchase three cartons of cigarettes.
