One of the best places to watch a race at Kingsport Speedway is the mazzanine parking high above turns three and four. It's where spectators can drop the tailgate, fire up the grill, and turn a day at the races into a picnic.

Two area building contractors are now the subject of a criminal investigation after allegedly building a $30,000 room addition so poorly in Mount Carmel late last year that it literally had to be torn down before it fell down and hurt someone.
